Do People in Woolwich Feel Heard?

On the question of satisfaction with the process and with the outcomes, the best comparative information we have is somewhat dated (the 1978 survey previously mentioned), but suggests that Woolwich residents are (or at least were) among the most satisfied in the entire Region of Waterloo with what their township government provides. While the more current Woolwich Healthy Communities Survey does not provide a basis for comparing with other communities, it suggests a mixed picture: very few residents feel Council is simply not responsive to their needs, but most residents feel that Council ‘listens’ only ‘sometimes’ rather than ‘usually’.
