We would like to thank the people and organizations from across Woolwich Township who contributed to this report by writing, by providing us with information, acting as local contacts in your village or settlement area and by sending in surveys. Without you, there would be no Woolwich Community Report. Of course, any errors or omissions are our responsibility and we will make every effort to correct them in future editions of the Report. We are also grateful to Professor Steve Brown of the Wilfrid Laurier University for his assistance with the community survey and to Professor Susan Wismer of Waterloo University for her help in coordinating and providing advice to our research efforts. In the summer of 1997, our student assistants, Janet Patterson and Rob McCrae contributed many hours of information-gathering. Nina Bailey, who has provided us with student assistance in 1998-1999 also collected information and has done most of the work of layout and word processing. Finally, we want to acknowledge the Woolwich Community Health Centre and Health Promoter Joy Finney for their ongoing support and enthusiasm with respect to this project and to all the work of Woolwich Healthy Communities.
